  • Invention is not disruptive, only customer adoption is destructive.
  • We invented a lot of things, customers did not care about it at all.
  • You should ask them to explain in simple language why it is better than traditional way.
  • You should focus on 2-3 big ideas only. This ideas are obvious. It is not very hard to identify what big ideas are.
  • Low price, fast delivery in 10 years will be important too.
